Eminent Domain Concerns

Joseph Waldo, a well known eminent domain attorney, in the Daily Press expressed his concerns regarding eminent domain's use in the Virginia, citing Hampton's Power Plant as an example. Mr. Waldo urges us to let the General Assembly know our outrage, but we probably need a few details of what Mr. Waldo suggests we do. However, as this archived article suggested, the eminent domain system needs some serious tweaking. It takes too long and is too expensive for everybody.
