Another Judge AtLee

Newly appointed Judge Richard AtLee, Jr. formally took the bench for the J&DR court in York-Poquoson. Judge AtLee becomes the second Judge AtLee serving as a J&DR judge in the 9th Judicial Circuit. His mother, Judge Isabel AtLee, serves as the chief judge of the 9th Judicial Circuit J&DR court. The new Judge AtLee's father and brother, Richard, Sr. and Michael, are practicing attorneys in the Hampton firm Hall, Fox and AtLee.
