James City County beautifcation project

Assistant County Attorney Adam Kinsman is on a crusade (not in a religious sense, but a vigorous movement for the advancement of an idea) to rid the county's vista of unsightly billboards. Old style billboards still exist and seem to thrive in Richmond, and digital billboards seem to be the next best thing for roadside advertising. Could be that these old billboards just aren't colonial enough for the Queen's visit, but Mr. Kinsman has a good sense of humor about his task, calling billboard removal an issue "near and dear to my heart."
