$12.2 million jury verdict on slip and fall

Attorney Steven Smith represented a woman who was awarded $12.2 by a Hampton jury for a slip and fall at a Williamsburg gas station. I have to say that Mr. Smith's first victory was getting the case heard in Hampton rather than Williamsburg, a notoriously stingy jury pool.
