Life imitating Art - Dancing Banned

Maybe you remember the movie "Footloose" starring Kevin Bacon where a town banned dancing, "but only [Kevin Bacon] has the courage to initiate a battle to abolish the outmoded ban and revitalize the spirit of the repressed townspeople." The Institute of Justice has taken a case involving a similar ordinance in Pinal County, Arizona. Seems the county officials want to forbid dancing by customers visiting a certain steakhouse. The restaurant provides live country music, and if the owners fail to stop the customers from dancing, the owners will be fined as much as $200,000 a year.
