Want to buy a piece of Virginia History?

This article summarizes the 14 recent additions to Virginia's Landmarks Register. One of the sites added is "DeJarnette's Tavern, a wood-frame structure built about 1782 in Halifax County. Revolutionary War Capt. Daniel DeJarnette won ownership of the tavern in the early 19th century after besting his brother in an arm-wrestling match, according to local legend." Check out the cool pictures of the tavern, and if you like it, you can buy it for $29,000.
