Pat Robertson lawsuit update

A few weeks back we wrote about this lawsuit involving Pat Robertson sued by a man who accused Robertson of using the man's identity, without compensation, to sell Robertson's diet shake. Now the Virginian-Pilot previews the upcoming trial and revisits a lingering issue about Robertson "abusing his tax-exempt status by using the resources of his nonprofit TV ministry to promote a commercial product."
