When the use of eminent domain overreaches

This article from the Daily Press describes James City County's intent to use its power of eminent domain to build a senior housing complex. The article indicates that at the meeting, James City County officials confirmed that "Petitions to condemn the properties were filed in court in February and they'll be served come April."
