Wikipedia citations up, law review citations down

A month or so after reading about the increasing number of judges citing to Wikipedia, we now learn that a decreasing number of judges are citing to law review articles. The best quote comes from Columbia Law professor Michael Dorf: “The claim by judges that they have no use for law review articles seems to me an anti-intellectual know-nothingism that is understandable but regrettable.”
