Judge dismisses criminal charges because the defendants didn't have "cheatin' hearts"

A Nashville judge dismissed theft charges against a janitor and collector "accused of stealing a notebook containing 17 songs that country legend Hank Williams wrote but never recorded." Apparently the janitor found the notebook in some "trash" and sold it to a collector for $1,500. After a newspaper article in the Chicago Sun-Times described the discovery of the notebook, Sony, showing its cold, cold heart, reported the notebook as stolen. Now the case will focus on the civil trial to determine ownership of the notebook.
