Morrissey back in court

When we wrote about the return of Joe Morrissey to Virginia politics, we knew it was only going to be a matter of time before controversy. Here it is, the contractor who recovered a judgment against Morrissey filed a creditor's suit against Morrissey for the sale of Morrissey's house. The facts underlying the contractor's original case against Morrissey contributed indirectly to Morrissey losing his license to practice law.
